This book is a bit light on specifics like origins and actions, use the lecture notes to fill in the blanks. The lab quizzes and exams will ask for more than just, “scapula” as an origin and, “bends” should be, “flexes”, etc.  Use "8a muscles worksheet" to narrow down the number of muscles to commit to memory.  Actions should be recorded and memorized as including a joint or body part with the movement.  "Flexes" should be, "flexes the elbow", or, "flexes the forearm".
Read the question, find the correct exercise on your lab notes, select the appropriate letter you entered, compare it to the possible answers and select the correct one.
