1. SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONAL OBJECTIVES:

1. Appreciate the political philosophies of the framers of the Constitution.
2. Understand the nature and operation of U.S. political institutions and processes under the Constitution as amended and interpreted.

 

Make sure that you check the Syllabus for Due Dates, Post Dates, and Available Unit dates.

 

What is important: 

Item 2.1 in every Module are the  Learning Objectives and Chapter Summary of the unit. Students may also want to review the Discussion Questions and Quick-Write assignments prior to starting the unit. 

The course readings are central to understanding the depth and breadth of the unit.

The videos have been curated by topic for additional instruction and comprehension.  Students are not required to watch them, but they will offer more in depth instruction and understanding of the concepts.

The Student Action Items will incorporate the Instructional Materials and Videos as prompts to Discussions and Quick Writes.
