With a text-to-speech browser add-on, you can read text in any web page. Activate the tool, select text on screen, and click a button (or not - depends on the add-on), and have the text read out loud. My two favorites are NaturalReader (free to everyone) and Kurzweil Read The Web (available to students who use Kurzweil 3000). Choose one of these links to add the extension to Google Chrome (or Firefox, in Kurzweil's case).
