Step 1: Upload Notes to Livescribe+ Desktop Software

Launch the Livescribe+ software on your computer.
Use the Micro USB cord to connect the pen to your computer.

Your written notes will upload automatically and appear on the screen.

Step 2: Sync the Recorded Audio to Written Notes

Click on the Pencasts tab in the menu at the top of the screen.
Click on the Sync Audio option in the ribbon below the menu.
In the pop-up window, select the desired recording. (If you are uploading several recordings, click Select All).
Click the Download button.
When the download is complete, click on Done.

Important: To listen to your sync'ed notes, you need to use the Pencast view. But don't worry! You can choose whether to view your notes in a list - the default, or in an easier-to-scan thumbnail view. Learn more about this on the next page.
