Pronto Overview - Within Canvas

If Pronto is enabled in any course you are enrolled in, you will see a Pronto Chat icon at the bottom of the Global Navigation when accessing Canvas on the web. With the exception of Quizzes or Assignments, the Pronto icon will persist throughout your Canvas experience regardless of where you navigate. Any time you receive a message while inside of Canvas, you will see push notification slide out from the top right corner of Canvas which will disappear after a few seconds. Once the message preview disappears, a badge notification will remain on the chat icon until  the unread message has been opened.
